Dead sim ******ion
I went from prepaid to contract with Cell C in 2015. December 2015 the sim died. I went to Cell C branch in Sandton City to do a sim swap. End January 2016, beginning February 2016 the new sim died as well. Today, 24 March 2016, the sim died yet again. 3 sim swaps in 4 months and each time payment is requested for the new sim. Is this Cell C's way of ******ing extra money from their contract customers? While on prepaid I never had this type of issues.
