dead end query

hi, it has been a month but my query seems as if it reached a dead end, so does this mean i must pay just like that? on the 12th of last month i wrote a report to you guys about 2 contracts in the name of 1, the guy tried to assist but shame he couldn't reach into a solution since the guy in the store(Dylan) kept lying to MPHO. i did everything that Mpho said i must do but still both cellphones are still with me and i must pay.<br> <br> now what i want to know is that ,,,this is it ? meaning there wont be solution for my problem just like that?<br> <br> very dissapointed.....
