Deactivated Whatsapp bundle without notification
<p>I only found out yesterday that my recurring Whatsapp bundle was deactivated on 12 June 2016, without informing me of this. My upgrade took effect on that day but I was not advised that my Whatsapp bundle would be deactivated. It was an add-on to the account and should not have been affected by the upgrade. I want the data Whatsapp used from the date of deactivation up until I activated it again yesterday returned to me. It's pathetic of Cell C to have done this without any kind of notification. Please assist urgently.</p>
