Deactivated number from CELL C

My number has been taken off the network on 30th June 2023 after canceling a 30 pinnacle contract which belonged to my late husband. He had taken out a contract under my personal number. I canceled the contract and CELL C takes my number off the network. I paid in what was due to them to get my number reconnected, sent in all the necessary documents, bought a new Rica sim card for them to give me back my number, Cell C called me and picked up that the sim is right and is Rica.....to this day....08 July, I still do ot have my number back. How long does a person have to wait after they received every payment, every document....this is not fair CELL C. CHECK YOUR RECORDS, IM WITH THIS NETWORK for over 20 years which I ported from Vodacom.
