deactivated number

I have been using my number for 5 years and now cell c a ******* network decides to deactivate my number with out notifying me. They are quick in sending smses for adverts but they fail to tell us that our accounts are to be closed. What the hell am i supposed to do with all my accounts? Cell c is just ******* and they need to remember that they have a lot of competition and will loose customers because of this. They have put all my banking at risk because i have not been getting smses. My old number is ********** 082. I need a response urgently.
