Deactivated cell c phone number

Cell c has deactivated my cell phone number without notifying me. I have visited many cell c branches and was told nothing can be done and was told to contact cell c customer care. Customer care referred me to accounts department and then to number port department and then to cell c legal department. I was told by legal department that my number can be reactivated but nobody at cell c has a clue as to what is happening and also don't know how to reactivate my cell phone number. Its frustrating as I have contacted every department of cell c to be told in the end they can't assist. AMEER
