I lost my contract phone a year ago I recently got a sim swap with the hope that once my sim is activated I'll get all my free minutes for the past months that I wasn't using this number and oly to be told by custom care that all my minutes hv been forfeited mind u I'm paying for this phone Cell c has no right to do that how I choose to use my phone is entirely up to me .This is my 3rd contract with them and the last their service sucks
