My name is Nompi Tshazibana on the 21st of January 2019, I received a call from a cell c agent who was very persistent, I wasn't interested, but when I told my sons about the R89 special deal for 10GB, my boys told me that it's a good deal and please bare in mind I'm not clued up on technology or anything to do with data. I was uneasy but like any single parents you want to make your kids happy, i then took it not knowing it was a "****"! It turns out there was never a R89 special for 10GB, we later found out when we went to the store to enquire about the R22586.68 that I owe Cell c, the manager was kind enough to print us a statement that when the truth was revealed our monthly instalment was actually R174.56 agreed because the agent told me it was R89 per month for 10GB, secondly we agreed on the 10GB and Cell c decided to be smart by making our data deal uncapped, "run the tap" to make extra money. The Cellc Maponya mall store manager asked what where you doing with so much data, my son what then rep**** "We update the p.c, phones etc. And when we saw the led light on our router it still green we continued, and he further more added if Cell C did their job correctly and closed the data when it exceeded 10GB, wouldn't be in this mess, a router is not like a phone where you can punch in numbers to check your balance all you look out is the orange led light, if it's orange you know you out of data and another thing that we thought is that since the contract was taken at the 21st we thought that we were going to get the January's data and then start accordingly in Feb. We continued using data in February until it was no more.

honestly that's ****************! I never thought you guys would stoop that low and you guys would prey on old ladies, by taking advantage on the fact that we know nothing about technology, fortunately my son's installed a call recorder app on my device, with it I was able to record the ***** sales pitch, with this recording I'm going to expose Cell c, the world must know of what lengthy Cell C would go to make money.

My high blood is very high, I fear for my life and should anything happen to me Cell C Is liable. All I'd like know is why did you guys keep the data running even long after my son's exceeded the 10GB? Maybe the truth is they where trying to cover their losses because if you think about 10GB for R89 per is a bargain, I guess to cover their losses they run the tap! When my son Ayanda was asked by the Cell c store manager what were you doing with so much data he then rep**** "We update the p.c, phones etc. And there led light was still green we continued, and he further more added what made us continue was the contract was sealed on the 22nd of January so when the data continued into Fed we thought that it was the February 10GB. Only to find that Cell C running their data **** and when they reached R22586.68, that’s when they attempted to debit hoping to at least that amount when they realised that I don’t have that kind of money, they decided not to debit what we agreed upon“R89” they debited R20, another strategy to put us in more areas, Cell C Is all about exploiting any weakness. If I didn't have the support from my sons and the call recordings app I'd probably be death from Cell C stress by now.

I then lodged a complaint, I was then called by some lady on the 19 of March she wanted the whole story, and she asked for my I.d document to get excess to the 21st recording, she told me as soon she's done she get back to and she never did. Because she was banking on the fact that **** or there's something they can use against me. unfortunately there non, this price of false adverti*****t, finally it caught up with them, thanks to their *********** agent and lets be honest this bridge of contract.

And they tried to debit on my account and they were declined and know it turns out that I owe them R32624.09.... if that’s what I owe Cell c that means my real monthly instalment R10037.41. Because of Cell c I'm on heavy medication, I'm unable to sleep, cause Cell C Is stressing, my high blood is sky high.
