<p>At 07:55HRS this morning I bought R35 airtime via my FNB account.</p> <p>At 07:56 HRS I made a phone call to an MTN number that lasted 3 minutes and 37 seconds.</p> <p>After that I made no other successful phonecall.</p> <p>Now I am trying to make another call and my balance is R0.</p> <p>I was on Whatsapp but I did not send or recieve any video or images.</p> <p>I have checked no applications have been updated on my google play.</p> <p>The question is where did my money go. I logged onto my online Cell C account to try and check itemised charges but Cell C does not present these anymore. Therefore I have no way of knowing exactly how the money disappeared.</p> <p>I have been hearing rumours of money 'diasppearing' on Cell C numbers. Cell C should explain what is going on.</p> <p>If you don't want to respond it's up to you guys. If I don't get an explanation I am porting my numbers back to Vodacom.</p> <p>Disappearing money makes cell C service more expensive than Vodacom</p>
