Absolutely disgusted with cell c. I have been a loyal customer for many years but this is an all time low. This is the most pathetic network and customer service ever! Received 2 new phones, one was damaged and the other faulty, both were sent back within 2 weeks and now cell c says I have to pay the full month when I didn't have the devices. Their call centre is useless. You cannot get any help! I will be posting on all social platforms because this is ****************!!!!!!
