Received extravagant invoices from cell c. Been requesting them for about 2 months to resolve the issue, but no response. Instead I receive calls wanting payment, even though the issue had not been resolved. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and would suggest people move away from them. In addition the call centre staff kept talking to the colleagues whilst on the line with me and when I asked when the issue will be resolved he threw the phone down in my ear.
