<p>I sent in my phone to have it checked out as the signal on the phone is very poor this includes internet connection, and the battery is constantly dying. The camera glass at the back of the phone is damaged due to a key being in my pcoket at the same time as the phone, Cell C has provided me with a quote to have the glass repaired,however i had declined the quote as it is too much and the camera quality is not affected in anyway. They will not repair the other issues on the phone as I do not want to repair the glass, how does repairing the glass improve my battery life and connection issue. This is ridiculous...I want this contract cancelled and you guys can keep the phone and your pathetic service and assistance. I will also be posting on social media about this ****************. The is not even a year old with a ton of problems. *****S!!!!</p>
