****************

My salary was paid late in my bank account In the month of June. I Immediately went to Cell C in The Grove to enquire what the outstanding amount was. They advised me to pay the money in at Pick n Pay. Wich I went to do on the same day. Two days later and my phone and data lines were cut off. Upon enquiring what the problem was, they told me my account was in arrears. I send proof of payment through to payments. Lines were activated. Two days deactivated. I enquired, they said my account was in arrears. I told them I send POP through. They said no payments were allocated to my account. I resend proof of payment. And so it went on. The next month triple debit orders went off my account. This freaked havoc in my personal finance. Since then it has been a tug of war between me and cell c. Will phone in. EACH PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE WILL ASK ALL THE SECURITY QUESTIONS. Upon asking them why so much money was deducted they cannot give an straight answer. One day I phoned in and 3 different people gave me 3 different amounts that I was in arrears. When I want to open my statements online it gives me an icon to view statement online, but if I click on it,nothing happens. Then when I try to phone cell c it goes straight to pretensions department. When I choose the option to speak to an agent,my phone cuts out. I tried to make a payment arrangement one day, spend 45 min on a call. Just to get to the debit order date and the full arrears amount plus was taken off. It got so bad that I had to reverse all the debit orders just to have food to eat. Everytime the debit orders hopped I had to pay R300 in banking costs! R1800 in total so far. This month I asked a customer care consultant to put in a mail what my debit orders will amount to. In the mail it clearly states R1189 and after that my account will be up to date, untill the next debit order date. I ensured the money was in my account for the debit orders to go through. An amount of R1573 was deducted then another amount of R334.39 and another amount of R137.85 Total R 2034 deducted and not as stated in the mail by customer care! I don't have ANY money in my bank account left thanx to Cell C. I enquired telephonically to the contract department, they said I am STILL IN ARREARS BY 800! Only 1 debit order were reflecting on their side for R334.39! I can also only resolve this issue on monday, they can't do anything for me untill then. Is this *****? Why am I getting arrears amounts that differ? Who is doing the Accounting at Cell C. And don't let me get started on the call centre agents and their attitudes. That will gladly mute you because you sound a little bit irritated because you have made your 7th call after been "muted" by the previous people. They don't want to listen to your query, they just want to ask security questions, maybe they get comission on it or something. But it is ridiculous. At this stage I feel like returning,my cell phone, laptop wireless router and all the data sims to Cell C because it is costing me alot of time and money, that I could have been making money. My signal is so bad that I cannot even use the "benefits" that I am getting each month. Each month I get promised that my account will be up to date as soon as the debit orders goes off and each month they take triple of what is supposed to go off.
