My contract expired on 1st and yest Cell C is debiting my account. I was not informed about cancelletion yet Cell C was marketing upgrading my contract which I did not want without reminding or giving the option to cancel to call in amd camcel the contract. Now I complained and sent in my request still it wasn't done. Now you have sent me the benefits I don't want amd never asked for and have the ball to say you will debit my account yet I sent the request on 28 Dec. The social.media person never spoke to me about resolving the situation yet I'm expected to pay for your mistake. I spoke to superviser Elon Govender he also hasn't gotten back to me!!
And your agent cancelled my number!! This is too much to deal with!!
