<p>I fell into arears on my cell c accounts number: CELLC ********** 76, Matter Number: AZ217759, Creditor: CELL C (Proprietary) and i was handed over to RandW collections due to financial circcumstances.I am currently on an administration order because of my circumstances however i still contacted them to make arrangements on this outstanding account and started payments from August 2015 of R200 a month and since then i have not missed a payment,so basically i paid over 3k however on numerous requests by my wife and me for a statement,none was ever received and when i recently called them,the debt amount was much higher than when i started making payments.I researched this and according to the NCR the interest cannot accumalate to more than the principal debt.What i paid thus far has no made a dent even</p> <p> </p> <p>i will escalate this to the ombudsman service should this not be resolved,tirec of calling those muppets at RANDW Colllections ,its a shame that Cell c deals with such shady operations</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

14 Nov 2016, 15:17No help whatsoever from Skhumbuzo,how he resolved the matter god only knows,we will now move it to the ombudsmen or the relevent authority,he asked us to call Randw however thats the whole reason we escalated this because of the numerous attempts to get a breakdown of the debt,also he stated that they stopped the interest,how when the interest has exceeeded the original debt.These people need to educate themselves about the NCR because that is a big NONO
He also suggested we add to the administration order,wow isnt that advice? and furthermore the debtor has contacted the creditor to make payments and they suggest we add to admin order,wow!!
