Hi Peter<br> <br> More than 2years ago I signed a 2 year contract with Cell c,after my contract ended,the are still debiting my account for 6month I was in there store telling them stop this contract they are quick to debit,I have never used the sim card the contract can with a voucher,nobody phoned me to ask if I would like to continue my contract via phone or e-mail or mail,they just debited my account today aswell,I don't get air time or data nothing but they just keep debiting my account I had to go into my bank and do a stop order against them,I phoned customer care again today,telling them cancel my account the told me they will still debit february and I must pay in R500 to cancel I owe them,they debited my bank account for more than 24 month and the still want me to pay them that's **************** please help,the supervisor of customer care said that they would give me a call I'm still waiting I was in zevenwacht mall cell c shop today bad service that's all I received in somerset the same last month bad service allround,while in zevenwacht there was another customer complaining aswell.they don't want to cancel my contact they owe me money, please help.
