Daylight ******* from CELL C

I cancelled my Cell C contract on the 04/12/2023 through the 084135. They explained to me that the contract will be active till the 04/01/2024 and I will be charged a pro rata rate from the 01/01/2024 till the 04/01/2024. By the end off January 2024 they debit the account in full and not the pro rata as explained to me. All the data was taken away since the 04/01/2024. How can I pay the full amount but only received 4 days service from Cell C, I think this is unacceptable and ***** from Cell C side. I went to a cell c shop in Somerset west on the 31/01/2024 at 18H12 and speak to a consultant named Mark. He explained that it works like that. They will deduct a full month payment. I explained to him that they told me over the phone that it will be a pro rata rate from the 01/01/2024 till the 04/01/2024. My question to him was how can you pay for services that you not received and he said only that's how it works. I called Cell C on 30/01/2024 on the call center with no luck the consultant just hang up the call. I called again today
