Im a contract hold with cellc for 8 years got a black berry Z3 contract from cell c phone was ****** cellc couldn't block the phone all ive got the reference numbers listed screen was cracked cellc wants me to pay R1800 to repair the phone with my cost which is more value then the phone it self !!! how this is too expensive cellc cannot help me how ever i must still pay for a broken phone every month for 1.5 years i think this is not treating fairly as a client and will like that contract cancelled with immediate fact or will like cellc to give money back for a new phone how can you pay for a phone that is not working for 1.5 years still .. like really!!!! AND CELL C WORKERS ASK YOU TEN TIMES THE SAME QUESTION WHEN TRANSFERRING YOU TO WRONG DEPARTMENTS BAD SERVICE RECORD AND NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS FAIRLY ..,
