Day light ******* from cell c

We have a 2 year contract with cell c .we took the Samsung z flip. To all south Africans don't buy that phone is a big problem phone. We had the phone for 3months and the screen went dark just like that now cell c wants me to pay r10000 for repair on their phone Wich I didn't damage.try to speak to a rude guy at their repair centre no treating customer fair.i must go fight this case at the ombudsman now for a thing I didn't do wrong. I try my luck to speak to a teamleader a manager the call centre block you from that right Wich any south African has . I refuse to pay for that phone that they smear off on me they trick is as customers for them to make money. I will tell all my family members not to deal with you as useless as you are that is a promise.
