Day light ******* from cell c

on the 3rd of May i did an upgrade on my cell number: ********** 592.

Cell C assisted me urgently as i was bringing business to them. I upgraded to LTA Advance, after they advised me that there was a coverage on my area. I received the package with the cell ruoter , but unfortunately there was no coverage.

I called cell c and they advised me there is nothing they can do, i will have to return the router, and I did (ref: RW ********** 0) the following day. On the 18 May 2018 I spoke to cellC ( Ref number: ********** ********** 63 Themba Sithole at 14:16) and confirm that contract was cancelled and nothing is due to me as there was no coverage.

to my suprise, got the bill and i now owe cell ZAR512 for this, i called cellc and they told me that my number is still running and according to my knowledge this number is cancelled. I then disputed the amount, case number ********** 944 (was raised by Wandile) been calling cell c to get this resolved but it seems as they are not willing to.

I am not going to pay for the service that i didnt use.
