Day light ******* from Cell C

<p>I had a cell c contract a while ago but when I lost my phone I asked them to quote me an early termination fee as I didn't want my account to be debited for a phone I was no longer using. They gave me an amount and bank details for the termination fee. They also told me to send the proof of payment to ********** Early this year when I noticed that my account was being debited again for called them to explain that they should be debiting my account as I had terminated the contract. They told me that I should have send an email to them. When I told them that no one had told me this over the phone and that they should perhaps check the call recordings since they always record their calls they told me they do not have access to the records!!!!! They then promised to get someone to call me to resolve this. More than one month later I'm still waiting !!! But they are happily still debiting my account!! Can someone please put a stop to this?!!!</p>
