Day light ******* for the second time by cell c

I am very upset with cell c. I had 2 contracts with cell which I cancelled and paid the cancellation fee given to me by cell c this happened in 2018 September around December I was informed by cell c that I owe them R1172 which I tried to dispute but failed and ended paying on the 3rd Jan 2019.This year I tried to purchase something on credit and my application was declined due to an amount of R1200 that they say I owe cell c according to my knowledge the R1172 was the only amount they claimed I owe and now they are claiming that I owe them another R1200 this is brought light ******* for the second time
