Day light *******

I took a contract with cellc and the contract was supposed to be R302.72 but now I'm being charged double the amount. I called several times and found out I have two accounts yet I only agreed to one. They send the phone with a sim card that is not working when I go to thei shop they want me to pay R250 for sim card that never worked. Now it's 3 months of trying to resolve this with no luck.
