Day light ******* by cell c. I had 2 contracts with cell c. I juat discovwred that i have been paying r170 monthly that i am not aware of on one of my lines. Cell C cannot answer a aimple question of how long they have been charges this. Inatead i was told to log a case. Its a month later with no response! When i phoned..i spoke to an abrupt agent abd ovwr and above that there is no record that i logged a case previously. I have asked for proof and an explanation of the cost and nothing to date!
