Day light *******

I just got a shock of my life. We need to pay R378 a month on cell phones but then they deduct R600 then they deduct R500 just like they are pleased. This month they took R975.00 for the cell phones now how do they think must my parent live they pensionars. We are looking at taking this to an laywer and futher case. And never in my life have i heard cell phone contracts getting increased that a flippen joke. I want this money back soon or i will take this futher. This is ********!!! How can they do that!!! Two phones that are R189.00 EACH I WANT THAT ANSWER NOW!!!
