I have a contract with Cell C which ends in September next year (can't come soon enough). Cell C outsources their insurance to Aon South Africa.

Long story short, my phone was ****** in Jan and was replaced with a new one and I paid an excesses of about R360. 12 days ago I was ****** and my phone was ****** from me in the process. I just submitted my claim form and Csurance says I must pay them an excesses of R3749.70 for this second claim. This is ridiculous. This claim is higher than a car excesses claim. How can you want to replace an iPhone 5s with such a high excesses.

CellC as your client for about 4 years this certainly has to be the last straw.
This insurance experience has made you one client less and September 2016 can't come sooner. In fact, if other mobiles were offering the buy-out on contracts like you are, then I would gladly jump ship immediately.

I am totally disappointed . As for Csurace/Aon South Africa, this is the worst service I have ever come across.

It's not about the contract or phone, but the total experience (network, reliability, insurance offered, tariffs) that make one take up a contract. And sadly my experience feels like ****************
