WOW, your service is shocking. I called this morning and spoke to a consultant by the name of Nonhlanhla. Whom couldn't assist and said she will escalate my call with a reference number ***. I later called and spoke to a Bongiwe to make follow-ups. Instead, she said I must hold o transfer the call to someone who can help, and guess what She transferred me to the prompt survey (this is very unprofessional and shows incompetency).
Please note, I have loaded R87 straight WhatsApp data within 24hours and it's finished. To my knowledge, at least R 29 straight WhatsApp data should last 15 days?
Please bear in mind that I'm depending on my WhatsApp to keep communication at work now that we working from home due to COVID-19. But how am I going to when loading data and then it gets finished within seconds? Can someone please call and assist urgently.

Kindly note that data depletes according to how you use it. Viewing of video and picture status as well as downloading and uploading of files consumes more data.
The bundle might be valid for 15 or 30 days but how long it lasts depends on how you use it.
