Day light *******

On 30 January 2015, Innocent from FNB offered me a cellc contract for a Samsung Nano phone and Nokia for R130 saying it was on special. I specifically informed him that I don't want a Samsung Mini I want the big original phone. 10 days later a Samsung mini phone was delivered. I immediately cancelled the contract and Cellc collected the phone. To my surprise Cellc started deducting R139 from my bank account monthly until yesterday. I contacted Cellc and spoke to Mbali listened to my story and gave me 084143 to contact to ensure the cancellation. The number is constantly engaged, I fone Cellc this morning and again to no avail. I emailed Cellc and they acknowledged receipt of my complaint but nothing was done. I want them to stop debiting my bank account because their fone was collected and the contact was cancelled. This is day light *******!! I trapped in this mess and have no help at all. what kind of a company is this?
