Day light *******

On 27 August went to cell c for a settlement amount on two of my 3 contracts that I had with them and sattled the amount as per invoice that I got from them, in December they sent me an invoice of 1172 and then cut off my line. With the third contract it was due for an upgrade which I declianed and called thier cancellations department to indicate that I am terminating the contract and they cut off that line aswell claiming that I am owing them. I am very unhappy because when I call thier customer service I do not get a clear answer as to how and I am being sent from one agent to another and no one seems to find the recording of the cancellation call I made.
