Good Day,<br> <br> I have experienced a disappearance of my airtime and bonus airtime everytime I'm on the internet.<br> <br> I use my sim card for internet on my PC. Yesterday I bought data, I was hardly an hour on the net and my data, my airtime and bonus data had vanished.<br> <br> It wasn't for the first time. I want my airtime and bonus airtime to be refunded back into my sim card.<br> <br> Why is it everytime when one has alot of bonus airtime- it seems to finish very quickly than normal?. <br> <br> I'm tired of actually loading airtime, buying data- only to be left with nothing. <br> <br> There are days were I can go on for 2 hours or more on the net and still be left with bonus and normal airtime, using the same amount of data.<br> <br> You give your customers the bonus airtime and actually taking it back indirectly. As if you running on a budget of sort. You want to be generous to your customers BUT not TOO generous.<br> <br> I've been using Cell C for the longest time and I managed to convinced some family members and friends to use Cell C because I loved it so much and made eveyone's life easier with free minutes and free smses. I load airtime almost every day, even if its R5.<br> <br> Then you get to be treated like this...
