Davenport Cell C a definite thumbs down

I lost my phone and went in to do a sim swap. I had a temporary ID and was fobbed off by staff...a senior man who just said phone online. Most unhelpful.

I phoned Customer (un)Care and boy oh boy what hassles....the result? A whole week of no phone. I then called the Customer Care again...and what a difference ... the lady was so helpful and said that a temp ID is valid. Armed with this I went to Cell C...but at Gateway Mall.

Well what a difference...I think his name was Siya helped me and boy oh boy....sorted out in no time...he showed me on the form that Temp ID was acceptable....can you believe it....His help made such a difference.

Did my sim swap and left....deciding not to change service provider
