DataShare plan and request for improved Comms on Bundle Depletion

I have a Cell C "Data/Group share" contract with 100gb normal data. One Primary sim plus 5 linked sims. Currently Cell C sends an SMS or SMS's to the primary sim when the remaining available balance reaches 250mb (2.5% remaining!!). I have two issues with this, namely: 1. The warning SMS needs to be relative to the bundle ie 1st warning at when 50% next when 25% remaining. Receiving at 1st warning when 2.5% of a big bundle remains is too late.

2. As this is a Dataplan, it should be possible to send an SMS to a Cell C mobile other than the primary number. Remember this is a dataplan and its very possible that the primary sim is in a modem that does not receive SMS's.

Note: I do use the CELL C app.

Thank You and Thank You for your quick Turnaround. #Greatbusiness This request is basically a suggestion rather than a complaint. I strongly feel that the suggested functionality should have been included in the Smartdata/Datashare Product Business Requirements Specifications before the product was Launched. I know for a fact that MTN & Vodacom already have the capability to warn customers regarding their usage. Irrespective of Icasa's instruction, this functionality needs to be urgently added and I have no doubt the Cell C will implement same sooner rather than later. Really cant be difficult and for this reason I am satifisfied with the Response but look forward to a response on when said functionality will be in place.
