After ordering a 40GB data share + router. I decided to add 4 additional sims.
Sunday I went to Westgate and got them linked. Whilst there I asked whether I could add a social bundle to the data share account and share the airtime and sms etc. I was told yes.
I then increased my monthly limit and added a R29 social bundle, and low and behold none of the sims allowed me to call or sms.
I then notified the CellC_Support twitter account and they got someone to call me, the sims were apparently linked but we're loaded as data only. The only way to fiw it was to get new sims cards reloaded.
Today I went to Cresta and got the original sims removed. I was then also shared 99c for each new sim, this was then apparently linked, RICA'd and activated. When I got home I loaded one and I when a tried making a call it says I need to add airtime.
I spoke to the technical support line who firstly couldn't assist but who did confirm that you cannot add the social bundle, if this is the case I need my R29 refunded as I only did it as I was advised by a CellC consultant. Later tonight I then called 140 and she confirmed that the new sims were linked. But that it needed to be activated, not what for! Also that I have to the activations Dept, and waste more of my time.
I'm highly irritated and 5 minutes away from cancelling this new account and possibly all my accounts!
They better ensure this fixed, do NOT call me back unless it's fixed, I don't want to have to re-explain the above again, like you always do when I log a complaint here!.
