data xtenda bundles

i had more then 500mb data left that expired on the 30th of desember so on he 28th (if i remember corectly. anyway a few days befor the expirary date) i activated a data extenda bundle also 500mb. on the 31st when i checked my balance the other expired witch mean that the data extenda of 500 mb did give me the 500mb of data that i payed for but it didnt extend my other data like the t's and c's said. i wrote a complaint on cell c's website but still no answ. so like i said in that complaint im starting to write reviews to warn people.
