Data vanished so quickly
Sunday morning I had 1G data for night use on the internet which I used on sunday 18/03/2017 from 1am and at 3am my data was finished.I then loaded another R15 for 1G data and that only lasted an hour. I always load a gig onto my phone as I use to watch movies and that normally last me 3 hours and 20 minutes but this weekend I never get value for my money.And no I did not do any downloads at all.I would like to know why is it that my data did not last long at all as it normally had done before.
Data was loaded onto my cell C number ********** 688

19 Mar 2018, 14:26Data depletes quicker if there are automatic updates, applications running in the background etc. We will get one of our data specialists to find out what causes your data to deplete fast and how you can prevent this from happening.

27 Mar 2018, 20:28PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC THATS THE KIND OF SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CELLL C FROM BOTH MOSES AND THABILSILE I PROVIDED MOSES WITH ANOTHER NUMBER OF MINE TO SHOW THAT DATA ONLY LASTED AN HOUR TO COMPARE TO OTHER TIMES WHEN IT LASTED OVER 3 HOURS AND NO RESPONSE AND AS FOR TAHBISILE I AM STILL WAITING FOR A SENIOUR MANAGER CONTACT DETAILS.DONT GIVE CUSTOMERS *********** PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE FACT THAT THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS SENT TO THEM.
