Data vanished
I've requested my data usage report and it's still not in my inbox 2months later... I called and was told midnight data ends as at 5am...but we power up 2 phones with Cell C and the one works until 6am each day. Only today we having issues with both phones, but suddenly my one is using day time around 5am...no no *** no... Then you get the grave yard team leader Bongani Ndlazi and Makhosazana Khumalo who treat me like a doos. You guys are tired of my money neh... Msunu Msuner Msunest Mann ***. Ref no ***. Im still to receive the email you promised me regarding my usage.

Beside the R149 I buy, I also load airtime on this device and yet we are treated like idiots by your staff tjst gets a salary from our hard earned Rands... That Bongani Ndlazi has no right to go toe for toe with me, he must manage my expectations as a client not make me feel less of a client and come automatically give me instructions. Leaders listen with the intestion to resolve not to dismiss... He is not worthy of the role... I want my data back, I have screen shot I won't stop until you hear and notice this... From here I'm going to tag you on Twitter until you hear me.

I want my data back... You can't reep me off like this.
