Data validation report

I have been contacted by Mpho, one of the technical consultants, who has to date given me the most informative information regarding my problem, however I am STILL waiting for the data validation report that should have been sent to me two weeks ago already. He advised that they had my email incorrect and never phoned to confirm my email address, but I receive monthly statements from them, surely you must have my correct email address on your system. I need to get this sorted but you are not providing me with the required information.<br> <br> I cannot believe that one has to put up a fight to get something resolved, once again pathetic service by Cell C.<br> <br> My requests have been blatantly ignored this time like numerous times before, however you do not seem to forget to debit my account every month on time, no, because you love taking money from people with unresolved queries.<br> <br> Just send me the DATA VALIDATION REPORT AS REQUESTED, DON'T PHONE ME AND WASTE MY TIME ANY LONGER!!!
