Data validation

I believe I was charged for face-book and whatsapp during the promotion month. I have logged a query for data validation and it's been three months I'm still not satisfied with the findings. <br> <br> Every time I make a follow up I get told that a consultant phoned me and I was not reachable or they will return my call which never happens. I have given them alternative number because I lost my device. I'm surprised that no one can get hold of me when CellC has my office line, email and alternative number.<br> <br> My question is why must we resort to hellopeter for matters to be given attention???? <br>
