Data usage

<p>On 4 February 2017 @ 9h26, Cell C informed me that I used my data of 300MB and a further R330.79 on the internet. Which is impossible as I was at home on that Saturday. I was on my home Wi-Fi.</p> <p>I contacted the call centre and informed them of the about, they told me that they will investigate the matter and revert. On 11 April, Cell C emailed me a data report for my number, informing me that the report shows that the data usage is valid and to use http://reverseip.domaintools.com/ for ISP identification.</p> <p>I used the above link and all service domains listed where invalid. So, Cell C closed my query as this was resolved. I contacted the call centre again informing them that the matter was not resolved and that I would only make payment on my account wasn’t this matter was resolved. Which is still not done.</p> <p>At no point in this situation did Cell C contact me, I made all the calls, not like I expected them to call me. On 29 May, Cell C removed my number of their network and cancelled my contact. So, I contacted that call centre, who informed me that I would need to speak to their legal department (the legal department does not have a number).</p> <p>I contact Cell C via Facebook, Danelle from their Social Media department contacted me advising that the manager of the Legal department Kamal Singh will contact me, to date no one has called me.</p> <p>I contacted them again via Facebook, Cell C have been promising me feedback since last week, still nothing. I still have two existing contacts with Cell C, I need for them to resume my contact.</p>
