<p>Cell C gives whatsapp bundles for 30 days @ R12. my whatsapp bundle only last a week and i get a message to say my limit has been reached. firstly when purchasing the bundles it does not say anything about it having a limit except for that it expires in 30 days. secondly i called the call centre they logged a call with who ever and i get an sms to say whatsapp bundles are charged at 25kb. my question to them is how is it possible that i reach my limit every week but my spouse who uses whatsapp more than i do doesnt ever get this message. some videos and pictures i dont even download. they can not answer that. please stop looking for excuses to take peoples data and money.if you can not live up to what you offer dont offer it.</p>

As per the terms and conditions the WhatsApp bundle has a fair usage limit of 1.2 GB, where after you will incur normal data charges as per your tariff plan and deplete from any existing data bundle.
