Data theft still rife at Cell C

What terrible thieving Dogs, I have 945 minutes of Airtime 4,5 gigs of data which expires tomorrow. I call to find out how to prevent it expiring. I'm told there's nothing I must use or all in the next 6 hours really. Does the law not say data is supposed to roll over for 3 month after which the 1st month can only legally expire. What suddenly make their theft legal.
