Data Theft, Again
After a few weeks of seemingly no great disparities, CellC has started *****ing data again. At 10h22 today I still had 482MB of my daily 500MB data allowance left, but at 16h12, after having made a quick WhatsApp call and googling the difference between a Prego and a Bifana (no videos, just normal web pages with maybe an image or two) and common egg sizes, I ran out of data. My data disappeared yesterday too, but as I had spent about 5 to 10 minutes on Instagram I could not be sure of any foul play. Updates on both my phone and laptop are turned off, so this is not what happened.
My 4 or 5 previous complaints have never been addressed. In one instance I managed to obtain a cellphone number and spoke to one of the agents. He said that he was just out of hospital, but would get someone else to contact me. Nothing happened.

31 Oct 2022, 09:18I can prove that they do. It might be accidental, but it does happen. More so, they never follow up properly and they never refund. Not to me anyway.
