Data theft

This Morning i phoned cell c. I still had 14.6 gigg of Knight server left on a pre paid nr. It Just disappeared. They said they Will investigate it. Not good enough anymore. Service is everything. And south Africa is the worst in the world. I paid for my data how can they Just take it. Its not the first i put data on and it doesnt Last me 5 minutes. They ***** this way our money. Can some one investigate
