Data THEFT!!!!!!
To whom this may concern,
I have loaded R12 airtime onto my cim card after switching off my data just to ensure nothing takes my airtime after being load.
I left the cellphone on charge over night while the data was switched off to find an awesome surprise.... All of a sudden my balance comes down from R12 to R5.83?!?!?
How this is possible only you can know, so please enlighten me how the hell can my airtime be used without being USED!!!
A refund would be applicable don't you think!
