Data that vanishes

I'm quite upeset with my experience regarding cell c and the data that vanishes I called on Tuesday morning was advised by a call centre agent that my query will b resolved within 2 working days. Today is Friday no data given back to me no1 is getting back to me with feedback on the outcome of my case. This is the 2nd month that my data vanishes into thin air.... I'm a very angry contract customer I will never ever again take anything with CellC shame on them for *****ing our data.

People keep sending me from pillar to post no considering that I'm the 1 that calls with my own airtime. How can u apply for jobs if they keep taking my data that is meant for my personal use, come month end they will want their money. This time I will not pay b4 I receive my 10 GIG back?????????????????????????????????????????????????
