data that ran out when i did nothing on my phone

Good evening could you please assist me with the following complaint,<br> Data ran out but i did nothing on my phone, i called into customer care but the person kept telling me to call back, when i called the second time they said i need to check my background data what they refused to understand was that i did nothing on my phone but my data ran out, i called back again and i was furious and actually swore at the person because of their bad service, all they could have done was reimburse my data but instead what they did was let me call back please help me its not alot of data but its not right that their service at customer care is pathetic.
