Data Sim ****

Cell C is 1 of those service providers who does such a great job until you become a client, all your mails get ignored... When you phone you get attitude.... But when they have to raise your contract monthly fee since I app**** for a data sim, saw it had over R400 airtime with the thought that it might have been a promotion I got charged for having that, and not even a slight charge but having my account go from R129 to over R300. The lady assisting me gave me attitude as I was supposed to put a limit on my account.... Never received a contract or any information regarding a data sim being an open contract..... I only app**** online and all of the sudden the sim was delivered I made a payment on my account to not have an high amount by month end but they don't bother to link it with my account but instead my account still stays high... Also stated month to month but also all of the sudden a 24month thing.. Won't recommend anyone to take out a contract with a service provider with such bad service and no communication tactic
