Data service, i cant get any network

i'm tottally frustrated!!<br> because the meer fact that i have a cell c sim <br> card and the thing keeps telling<br> me that there data servicing taking place <br> and because of this im not able to receive any <br> phone calls or any text messages <br> and this has been an on going problem for the <br> past year.<br> <br> i've gone to cell c stores and they werent <br> able to assist me this one time they even had <br> a technition look into it but it was obviously to <br> no avail im really not happy with this service but <br> if possible could they please try and fix this issue<br> because i loose work everytime my phone doesnt have <br> network and ill try and register the network cell c ofcours<br> and it keeps telling me try again later and i have a samsung s5<br> but my main concern is this, i'm a full time musician/artist <br> and clients cant get a hold of me and in this happening <br> i cant get paid so i would apprciate it if this issue could get <br> resolved please.
