Data rol***** ****

Good afternoon

I have a Fixed wireless data contract with cell c through afrihost. I was under the impression that from the 1st of March 2019 data is supposed to rol***** to the next month if I didn't finish it. However, I checked my account today and it did not roll over. my allocated number is ********** 744.

I contacted afrihost and this was their reply: Kindly note that the Cell C fixed wireless data does not roll-over because Cell C has not comp**** with the ICASA regulations and i'm really sorry for the miscommunication.

Then I went and contacted CELL C on 084145, they said since I have a contract with afrihost it is their responsibility
