DATA ROL***** - New Laws 2019
I bought a 100gb data bundle (Cell C) valid for a year which expires 4/05/2019. My remaining 60gb will cost me R1284.91 to extend by just 30 days (*147#4). THIS IS ****************!
Whats the latest wrt to law and data bundles NOT expiring? Obviously this is ridiculous to the extreme! This data was already paid for!

The same law you are reffing to requires us to provide you with an option of rolling over your unused data, which we've done.
You can always extend your remaining data bundle balance by simply purchasing another data bundle before the current bundle expires.

03 May 2019, 09:47Please look up the definition of "NOMINAL" - you are thumbing your nose at the law and making a mockery of it! I have reported you to ICASA.
Please urgently confirm the latter:
For prepaid customers, recurring data bundles will automatically roll over to the next month at no additional cost. Thereafter, 500mb can be rolled over for an additional day. For larger bundles, a "nominal fee" is payable for the additional time.
